My Goal

My goal is to help educate and inspire my community about the benefits of a whole food plant-based diet and a holistic lifestyle. My passion is food and fitness which are key to a healthy lifestyle that will aid in long-term health and athletic performance.

A Little Bit About Me

Hi, my name is Amber and I have been a foodie and enthusiastic about healthy lifestyle habits since I was really little. I still get excited about trying new foods, recipes, and following a healthy lifestyle.

I have been a Registered Holistic Nutritionist since 2015, where I learned how important and powerful the food you eat is to your overall health. The adage “Abs are Built in the Kitchen” can really be expanded to “Health is Built in the Kitchen”.

I am also a 2019 graduate from Vancouver Island University’s Sports, Health, and Physical Education program. Food is only one of many of the key elements of health, and when habits are developed in all areas, we can have long-term health and meet our health and fitness goals.
