This is no joke … It’s April

This year has been flying by.  Things are opening up, the weather is getting nicer, and summer is just around the corner.  So, here’s a question, how are your New Year’s resolutions or goals doing?  Progressing? Stalling? Or somewhere in between? 

This 30 days Challenge will focus on goal setting, habit development, physical health, mental health and getting your surroundings working for you.

In week 1 we will be focusing on developing and fleshing out of a SMART goal that will set you up for success.

In week 2 we will be focusing on mental health as your mental state and mindset play a massive role in your long-term success.

In week 3 we will be focusing on physical health including, but not limited to, food and physical activity.

In week 4 we will be focusing on setting ourselves up to rock the spring and for long term success.

Will you accept the Challenge?  Print a copy of the Challenge form to follow along and check in with me on Instagram for daily lives to gain a deeper understanding of the challenge.

To start it is recommended that you have:

  • A Journal to write down your reflections
  • An open mind
  • And a go-get-em attitude

All joking aside… lets rock this spring by getting start on a solid footing by doing this challenge
